    We are searching for a Global Leader of the Trackman Baseball Business reporting to Trackman Group Vice CEO. Responsible for a team of 75 people. Work out of Stamford, Connecticut.

    Key focus is to continue to grow Trackman as the leading technology company in baseball; Manage the overall direction, steer product development, lead sales and business development, and create a great working place for our talented team.

    Trackman Baseball is the global leader in baseball tracking technology, working with top professional and amateur teams, organizations, and players in key markets such as US, Japan, Korea, Latin America – everywhere elite baseball is being played. Our clients include MLB, all 30 MLB teams, teams in KBO, NPB, LMB, hundreds of colleges, prospect leagues and tournaments, training facilities of all levels, and many more. Our solutions enable front offices, coaches and athletes to evaluate talent, strategize, increase performance in every aspect of the game, and much more.

    We develop and manufacture our products primarily in Copenhagen, Denmark, and distribute them globally. We are more than 650 employees globally, primarily in our offices in Denmark, US, Japan, and Korea. We are privately owned, allowing us to make fast decisions and invest in growth opportunities.

    The job

    You will be leading Trackman's full Baseball organization. Key tasks for you and the team are:

  • Developing and executing the Baseball business strategy
  • Leading product development and working closely with R&D teams to execute the product strategies
  • Further growing the Trackman baseball business in existing and new markets
  • Working with and fostering great relationships across the industry and across relevant markets.
  • Ensuring the Trackman brand continues to be known for highest accuracy and overall product quality
  • Developing the organization and the talented employees to support Trackman's future growth
    You will lead a strong team across product development, marketing, account management, sales and operations. While you'll work out of our office in Stamford, Connecticut, you should expect around 40 travel days per year. You'll report to the Vice CEO of Trackman, and will be a member of Trackman's Global Leadership Team.
    The right candidate

    You have:

  • Proven track record from a global tier 1 top consulting firm or significant successful leadership experience from a Fortune 500 company
  • Successful experiences growing B2B and B2C businesses, scaling everything from revenue to product-market-fit to internal teams
  • A solid track record within business development and sales leadership from an international business
  • Strong experience with product development in a high-profile technology company
  • A strong followership of people you have managed throughout your career
  • A strong passion and understanding of baseball. You are more than just a fan of your hometown team; you have deep interest in the business of the game, how leagues and teams operate, the various ways that data and technology continues to create a better game
  • A strong passion and understanding of technology and science. You should have some experience with, or foundation for quickly learning: radar, camera and computer vision, physics, APIs, all things data (databases, distribution, visualization), mobile applications, and cloud services
