    Overview:

    The Service Desk Technician II will provide telephone, remote and in-person support to resolve hardware and software issues for personal computers and mobile devices. You will provide support for Windows Server, Office 365/Azure, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, VPN and end-to-end email support. You will help manage SaaS services and licensing portals to assign software licenses. VoIP management using Zoom. Laptop and iPad provisioning.

    Responsibilities:

    What work will I be performing?

    • Provide local and remote end-user IT support in a timely manner for primarily Windows and some Mac operating systems, software applications, mobile devices, and computing hardware.
    • Cellphone and mobile device provisioning, management and support for both iOS and Android.
    • Support for network and servers including active directory management, file permissions, VPN connectivity, Wi-Fi, basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
    • Computing hardware support, including but not limited to laptops, desktops, printers, cellphones, mobile hotspots, and other peripheral devices.
    • Software application and license support for a wide range of applications and mobile apps.
    • Laptop provisioning for new employees and hardware refreshes.
    • Remote application support in a Citrix environment.
    • Exchange and Outlook support including account creation and management in multiple O365 tenants.
    • Office 365 support including licensing, MFA, Azure groups, and Exchange management.
    • Utilize correct disposal practices for removal of end-of-life computing equipment.
    Qualifications:

    Who Do I Need to Bring?

    Minimum experience

    • 2 to 4 years of Help Desk experience in a Windows based environment

    Desired Experience

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems - Mac OS a plus.
    • Laptop imaging, configuration and lifecycle management.
    • VPN technologies.
    • VoIP phone systems.
    • Microsoft Office applications Outlook and Exchange troubleshooting and support.
    • SaaS storage security and management a plus.
    • Active Directory management.
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills.

    USD $24.95/Hr.
