MP is a full-service HR and payroll services provider headquartered in Beverly, Massachusetts.Our powerful HCM platform and team of HR professionals provide a full range of solutions, from payroll and time and attendance to benefits administration, talent acquisition, HR consulting services and more to help clients reduce risk, ensure compliance, and streamline operations.
This role is hybrid, 2 days in the Beverly office.WHAT YOU WILL DO
:
Collaborate with clients to understand their HCM requirements, business processes, and goals.
Lead the implementation of
iSolved
HCM software, including system setup, data migration, integrations, and user training ensuring the customer's employee data, payroll, time and attendance and HR business processes are configured accurately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, to ensure successful
implementations
Conduct thorough testing of the HCM system to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with client requirements.
Deliver comprehensive end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of the HCM software.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of implementation methodologies, tools, and templates.
Adhere to company and departmental policies.
Builds solution, customer, and industry knowledge by
leveraging
the
appropriate internal
and external resources.
Adding more complex client builds, taking on clients with more products, continuing to grow as an HCM within the
iSolved
platform.
Assist IMP
Manager
with weekly
meetings and training of new hires.
Contributing expertise with updating day to day processes.
Collaborating with the IMP Manager on a mentorship program to
scale up our existing HCMs.
WHO ARE YOU:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience (

Familiarity with HCM modules, including core HR, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and workforce analytics.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively train end-users.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented
environment
Strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
