- Drafting and overseeing discovery.
- Attending and taking depositions.
- Must have experience litigating in federal court.
- Experience in copyright infringement, trademark and copyright licensing and advertising preferred.
- JD from an ABA accredited institution and member in good standing of the Florida bar.
