    Job Details

    · Position Type: Full Time

    · Compensation/Salary: Hourly pay equivalent to $50,000 - $75,000/year (depending on experience and skills) plus opportunities for overtime

    · Education Level: High School or Equivalent

    · Job/work location(s): Multiple locations

    Qualifications

    · Driver's license and clean driving record

    · US work authorization

    · Complete and pass a non-DOT pre-employment physical and human performance evaluation demonstrating the ability to safely and efficiently perform the requirements of the position

    Experience

    · Minimum of 2 years' experience in exteriors including but not limited to roofing, siding, exterior water damage repairs, flashings, basic understanding of framing carpentry, and insulation restoration required

    · 2+ years' experience in exteriors desired

    · Professional nuisance wildlife control experience (not hobby etc.) desired

    Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties:

    · Use a ladder, up to 40 ft. extended, including but not limited to climbing up and down, working from, and stepping off the ladder to and from roofs or other platforms, within the manufacturer's guidelines

    · Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

    · Access and perform work on all areas of a structure including but not limited to crawl spaces, confined spaces, roof tops, attics, etc.

    · Work at heights, in attics, on rooftops, and in other confined spaces for extended periods of time

    · Work outdoors in various weather conditions

    Summary of Wildlife and Entry Point Repair Technician Position:

    The Wildlife and Entry Point Repair Technician is a position which combines controlling nuisance wildlife with construction based repairs. The position simultaneously supports numerous customers/projects within our service area providing services that include but are not limited to the following:

    · Nuisance wildlife trapping & removal

    · Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

    · Pesticide/rodenticide application

    · Exclusion and preventive services

    · Wildlife damage repair/restoration including seamless exterior repairs using durable and cosmetically appropriate materials so that the structure is restored to original condition

    · Nuisance wildlife population control

    · Inspecting residential and commercial structures for pest and nuisance wildlife concerns

    The Wildlife and Entry Point Repair Technician is responsible for cleaning and preparing project sites, performing taskings requiring moderate to advanced construction skill and tasks related to job close out. In addition to skilled construction tasks this position unloads and loads materials, digs trenches in preparation of wildlife exclusion barrier installation, reads and prepares projects/quotes and specifications, along with other tasks. The Wildlife and Entry Point Repair Technician performs skilled tasks in one or more construction trades, assists superintendent(s) and project manager(s) as requested, and coordinates work effectively with superintendents, project manager(s), management team, project team and subcontractors.

    · Complete all required training, obtain all required regulatory licenses, and learn all skills required for daily operations

    · Have a safety-first mindset always following applicable safety requirements (manufacturer guidelines, OSHA, company policy, etc.) and have the knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and project supplies

    · Communicate (verbal and written) well with customers to ensure a high degree of customer service

    · Serve as a problem solver for our customers and our team providing high quality solutions in a timely manner

    · Utilize mobile phone to complete all required documentation

    · Have working knowledge of exterior/interior construction methods

    · Have the ability to maneuver a trailer will be ideal
