- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired.
- A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience as a programmer with expertise in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML.
- Proven experience with Java NetBeans IDE or other Java IDEs such as JDeveloper, as well as with the Jakarta Struts API Framework and Apache Tomcat Server.
- Proficiency in technologies and languages including Java EE, JavaScript, Java Server Pages (JSP), Java Beans (EJB), and HTML.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new applications and technologies.
