    • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to achieve sales objectives.
    • Leverage commodity purchasing experience to acquire materials at competitive rates.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering durable relationships.
    • Employ digital printing knowledge to present tailored solutions.
    • Direct project management efforts in product design and development, ensuring alignment with client needs and specifications.
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of our products and services alongside a comprehensive knowledge of the industries we serve.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, promoting customer growth in specified markets.
    • Ensure robust client relations, aiming for high satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to estimate costs, manage processes, and oversee the completion of customer projects.
    • Generate detailed and timely proposals and quotations to support business development efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
    • Proficient in blueprint reading and familiar with product design.
    • Experience with budgeting and forecasting in a business context.
    • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
    • Background in a manufacturing environment, familiar with its dynamics and challenges.
    • Proven project management capabilities.
    • Demonstrated success in technical sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Direct experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
    • Knowledge of digital printing processes and applications.
    • Valid driver's license, as the role may require travel to client sites.
    • Experience in retail sales, with a focus on technical products.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
