    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Partnerships to lead our commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships through long-term contracts. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business development and sales initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
    • Lead and manage the sales and business development teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
    • Create long-term value with our industry partners through joint development and other contractual structures.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand Cuberg's market presence.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial initiatives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
    Requirements
    • Proven track record of success in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably in the energy or battery industry.
    • Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
    • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • Ability to travel as needed.

    The target US compensation range for this full-time position is $200,000-$300,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by level, role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire total cash compensation (base + bonus), individual pay is determined by additional factors including relevant job-related skills, experience and additional factors.
