We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team Your mission is to grow our following and create a monetizable community on Instagram & TikTok that's a goldmine of engagement and opportunity.

Your mission is to weave our brand into the daily lives of our audience.

By deploying a blend of strategy & creativity, you'll turn our Instagram into a hub of value, trust, and community.

You are the mastermind behind our socials, designing plans that not only grow our audience but also seamlessly transition followers from casual observers to loyal community members, customers, and clients.

Success in this role/capacity means:
Crafting + executing a social media strategy that aligns with our pillars of time, team, and systems.
Producing content (video & graphic carousels) that resonates with our target audience, fostering a journey of trust and community.
Initiating and maintaining a rigorous posting schedule that keeps our brand top of mind.
Engaging with our audience to build relationships beyond the screen.
Driving measurable growth in follower numbers, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.


Position Details:
Flexible hours

- while we do expect to touch base M-F & have team meetings, we're focused on results, not when or how long you work.
Remote

work from anywhere.

But bonus points if you're in the US & would love to meet up for content days with tacos and sushi.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Development & Execution:

Develop and implement a forward-thinking Instagram strategy to enhance brand visibility, grow our follower base, and foster an active community.

Content Creation & Posting Cadence:

As our creative force, you'll produce and schedule a range of daily content, including 10-15 posts, reels, and stories per week, while maintaining a consistent posting rhythm of 2-3 times per day over five days a week.

Copywriting:
Craft compelling captions, stories, and content for Instagram, TikTok, and occasionally FB.

Ensuring every piece of contentwhether its a bio, highlight, reel, or postengages our sophisticated market, reflects our brands voice, and drives conversions.

Podcast Promotion & Management:
Coordinate the promotion of our podcast, crafting engaging show notes and managing the posting schedule to amplify our reach and listenership

Data Analytics & Optimization:
Analyze social media performance metrics to continually refine our strategy and improve engagement and reach.

Community Engagement:
Actively engage with our audience, managing direct messages, comments, outbound engagements with ideal clients, and encouraging community interactions.

Creative Growth Initiatives:
Employ out-of-the-box strategies and innovative campaigns to expand our presence and captivate our target audience.


Qualifications:

A proven track record of managing and growing social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Demonstrated ability to produce a variety of content types that engage and grow an audience.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to guide social media decision-making.
Incredible communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a remote team.
Please note

this is NOT a role where I will train you, I want you to be the specialist.

I will plug you into a social media subscription I have, but you need to be comfortable proposing strategies, making decisions, and having FUN with the content.
