    As the Project Manager for ESG Operations, an Inframark Company, Winder team , you lead a multi-disciplinary team providing wastewater treatment, water treatment operations, and maintenance at multiple sites in the community. We are looking for you to bring your expertise in operational process control procedures and maintenance to serve as the point of contact for our client and the local community. You would be responsible for working with our corporate resources team and project team to successfully achieve operations and compliance goals. You would inspect facilities, evaluate O&M functions, review records and data, interview and select new personnel, and initiate and recommend new or improved methods or practices. You would also manage processes and ensure the continuation of operations during plant upgrades and improvements. We will ask you to maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports required by our client and all regulatory agencies.

    Qualifications:

    A bachelors degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, environmental studies, or a related science, Professional Engineer license is helpful

    Ten years of dynamically responsible experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Operations management

    Highest level Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator license in Georgia, or ability to receive through reciprocity

    Possess exemplary leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

    Confirmed experience in making sound financial, technical, and management decisions.

    Detail-oriented work style and strong organizational skills.

    Valid drivers license.
