    Job Title: Mid-to-Senior Level Corporate Associate at Leading Law Firm

    Company: Fenwick is a top-tier technology and life sciences law firm with a renowned corporate practice. With offices in Northern California, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Washington, Fenwick provides legal services to tech and life sciences companies at all growth stages.

    Job Description:

    • We are looking for mid-to-senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice, focusing on startup, venture capital, and emerging companies. This role is available in our Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Washington offices.
    • Candidates must have experience with technology and/or life sciences companies and possess superior academic credentials, alongside excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. In-house candidates with prior law firm experience are encouraged to apply, and candidates from out-of-state are welcome as well.
    • NY bar membership is preferred but not mandatory.

    Benefits and Compensation:

    • The expected salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000. Base salary may vary based on factors like qualifications, experience, education level, certifications, professional licenses, and location.
    • Performance-based discretionary bonuses are also available. More details on benefits and bonus eligibility can be provided upon request.
