Description

· Manages all aspects of operations (daily activities, equipment maintenance, facility maintenance) to drive best in class material management practices.

· Manage and supervise customer service, logistics analysts, material handling personnel and provide leadership in the areas of inventory management, EDI, WMS, and supply chain.

· Plan, supervise and monitor daily work assignments to achieve high level of performance and balance workloads to maintain processes, high accuracy, and work efficiency.

· Responsible for controlling shipping, receiving and inventory accuracy to industry best practices utilizing warehouse management system.

· Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, supplies, and facility and oversee maintenance and repair.

· Collaborate with internal and external resources to optimize operational performance and efficiencies.

· Analyze data/metrics and KPI's to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve best or exceed best-in-class performance.

· Oversee efficient handling of order shipping and order receipt process includes control of BOL's, Shipper, Commercial invoice, Month end reports.

· Highly visible role aiding in support for the CEO related to warehouse improvement and growth strategies.
