    We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Solutions Architect to assist our Energy Efficiency Programs team to:

    Lead solutioning of measures in each product mix
    Work cross functionally in a shared service partnership and matrix alignment with each of the technology domains to solution products in energy efficiency
    Collaborate with cross-functional domain leaders to apply the necessary resources to deliver Solutions on behalf of new and existing business


    As a member of the Energy Solutions team, you will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through our work for major North American utilities, and other national leaders in energy efficiency.

    Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:


    Portfolio Management and Market Analysis:
    Work in collaboration with account management and business development teams to bring energy efficiency subject matter experts in when needed
    Stay informed about where Energy Solutions compares with competitors
    Organize information to assist in analyzing future products and make recommendations for the development of new products or services in collaboration with the products team

    Product Development, Strategy and Management:
    Contribute to product definition, including its features, competitive advantages and resulting benefits for clients/customers
    Direct development of proposed specifications, pricing considerations and key delivery terms

    Solutioning:
    Accountable for leading proposal process across energy efficiency domains
    Localize products to meet TRM, Client and Geographic needs
    Work collaboratively with BD, Products and Services as well as Account Managers to support the sales process to execute and secure new business with existing and prospective utility client
    Ensure that solutions are matched with the specific customer needs and that the corresponding value proposition is incorporated into any RFP responses or SOW's
    Create and manage product materials, demos, slide decks for energy efficiency SMEs
    Develop deep knowledge and expertise in all of current energy efficiency products and collaborate on new products with our product development team
    Ensure the integrity of product design and financial targets throughout the entire sales process and product delivery lifecycle
    Own integration of Solutions and seamless handoff to domain teams to finalize product specifications, to ensure their successful design and delivery


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree required. MS/MBA preferred
    Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a related role
    Significant experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or Utility technologies concepts, practices, and procedures (Minimum 8 years)
    Demonstrated success in client relationship management
    Demonstrated expertise in energy efficiency program design and in managing utility needs in regulated energy markets
    Cross functional leadership experience guiding diverse teams across a large portfolio
    Deep C&I energy efficiency program design, evaluation, and implementation experience along with the capacity to add value across the chain of resources required to deliver those programs
    Demonstrated ability to lead within a matrix structure and manage teams comprised of both direct and indirect resources
    Strong financial and marketing analysis experience

    Salary


    DOE:
    $105k - $137k / Annually

    Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
