    We are Looking for a Dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Palliative Care

    About the Role:

    • Manage medical concerns and treatment plans for Hospice/Palliative care patients
    • Collaborate with hospice clinical staff on symptom management and medical care
    • Participate in medical coverage rotation, including weekends and evenings

    Requirements:

    • Must have a valid Florida APRN license
    • 3-5 years of experience required, with preference for palliative care experience
    • ANCC Board certification in palliative care nursing is a plus
    • Previous experience in oncology, hospice, geriatrics, or home health care preferred
    • Strong ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
