    POSITION PROFILE

    Visual Edge IT is looking for a Market Sales Leader to lead and develop a sales team of Business Technology Advisors (New Business Development) to demonstrate customer-minded and consultative selling competencies in our Dallas market.

    Coaches team to leverage business, account planning, pipeline, and opportunity management to achieve objectives. Strong focus on performance improvement through continuous coaching. Responsible for driving results through new business development and expanding services across the customer base.


    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Develop effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
    Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals, budgets, and key performance indicators.
    Provide guidance and support in developing sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
    Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
    Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop adequate sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
    Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
    Develop and enforce sales processes, standards, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing operations and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales execution.

    Coordinate with the product management team to provide market feedback and insights for new product development and enhancements.
    Other duties as assigned by the manager.
    QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
    Six-plus years of experience selling similar products and services.
    Ten-plus years of management experience required.
    Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
    Managed IT Service background a plus.
    Consultative/Sales experience.
    Industry experience preferred.
    Salesforce experience is a plus.
