- Create and distribute purchase orders to vendors and trade partners.
- Help facilitate the transfer of purchases from invoices to purchase orders.
- Keep pricing and vendor information up to date in the Homes software.
- Create and revise purchase orders in the system once built out.
- Maintain the purchase order system by inputting products, pricing, templates, quantities, dependencies, etc.
- Maintain the options templates and pricing and ensure their accuracy.
- Consistently report pricing changes for budgeting.
- Other special projects as assigned for implementation of the software.
- Submit, track, obtain and upload permits in a timely manner to deliver them within our even flow build process. ensure all contractor and vendor paperwork is up to date (i.e. contract, Form W-9, and certificates of insurance). Maintain these records in an organized manner.
- Other miscellaneous duties as necessary.
- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of computer systems. Specific working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good problem solving and planning skills.
- Detail oriented to ensure accuracy of information.
- Motivated, self-directed and can operate within proper guidelines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff, vendors, and trade partners.
