    Job Description:


    Post Trade Technology, GMT LATAM and Canada team within Global Markets Technology provides a shared platform supporting post-trade processing capabilities for Global Markets and Global Wealth & Investment Management divisions.

    The team supports back and middle office operations encompassing:

    Trade Processing, Asset Servicing, Finance and Financial Controls, Clearing and Settlements for Securitised and Exchange Listed Products as well as Trade Confirmation, Matching, Settlements, Post Settlements and Cash Payments for OTC Derivatives and FX Cash.

    LATAM Technology also provides post-trade processing capabilities across Central and South America for FICC, Equities, GTS and Treasury. Products supported include - Securities, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives and several funding instruments. Supports connectivity and integration across Bank of America global and local systems with local market entities.

    The post trade technology team has a critical need for business support manager / portfolio lead to oversee execution and manage delivery of the growing book of work for the department.

    Support for MRA remediation (Resiliency & 3rd party), industry mandated (T+1) and a number of critical risk/regulatory related programs will be driven through this role.

    Person will have to manage diverse administrative functions for a very large, complex department and business units


    Functions managed may include:
    personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises support, and coordination of certain projects, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, HR requests or communication

    . May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs, and procedures and development / execution of Operational Strategy. Liaison to key business partners and stakeholders; governance, oversight, and management of Global Records Management (GRM) , agenda development, coordination and distribution for meetings, annual routine planning and calendar

    management/publications

    and management of executive presentations and strategic messaging.

    This role will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.

    include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.

    This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.
    Some of the processes examples

    Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on).

    Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
    Facilitate dependency management/risk

    management/impediment

    removal for the defined deliverables.
    Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
    Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
    Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the

    sponsor/stakeholders.
    Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
    Support resource planning for delivery/execution

    Required Skills & Experiences:
    3 or more years of experience in business support /COO role in a complex organization supporting senior leaders
    Strong analytical, risk management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
    The ability to manage multiple priorities
    The ability to take direction and/or self-start depending on the situation
    Influencing
    Ability to think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency
    Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
    Excellent written / verbal communication skills and executive presence
    Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    Extremely organized/excellent time management skills with ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities
    Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the story
    Must be self-motivated and comfortable being effective in working with varying levels of guidance and timeline
