Pay Range:
$65- $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Have a successful track record delivering digital products in an iterative and fast-paced environment.
Highly analytical and able to gain insights from data; able to conduct root cause analysis.
Able to work independently & as part of a team.
Gather information from various sources and critically evaluate it, reconcile gaps, disseminate system level information to architecture.
Bring broad application & technology knowledge, drawing on your experience with (e.g.) SQL, data modeling, systems analysis and system workflow documentation including BPMN.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a field of study with a combined business and technical orientation.
Domain experience within financial services.
Ability to thrive within the country's largest grantmaker (over $10BB granted annually for $50BB AUM).
Multi-functional leadership ability.
Growth mindset.
Dedication to quality.
Passionate about investigating systems to understand how it solves the business problems.
Bachelor's degree required.
Five (5) years systems analysis experience required with a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working within an Agile software development framework.
Experience with database query tools / Strong SQL skills to evaluate, interpret, and extracting information from data.
Solid understanding of API and REST Web Services development, systems integration, and interoperability.
Experience documenting, analyzing, and organizing requirements, system specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for development team to follow.
Experience in clearly communicating and translating highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
