    Director of Operations - Pre-Litigation

    Uvalle Law Firm, PLLC is a personal injury law firm that is looking to add a Director of Pre-Litigation to our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to serve as a "lieutenant" to our fast-paced, collaborative Chief Operating Officer. The Director of Pre-Litigation will be responsible for day-to-day management of our pre-litigation operations including case-related decisions and the implementation of processes and procedures, as well as contributing to strategic business decisions to achieve firm goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Work closely with Chief Operating Officer to implement firm-wide initiatives with the pre-litigation team

    · Serve as manager and hands-on resource for pre-litigation team (intake, case management, medical records, insurance services, negotiations and closing teams)

    · Collaborate with pre-litigation managers to implement process improvements as needed

    · Track pre-litigation KPIs and address issues as needed

    · Ensure cross-collaborations are occurring with all pre-lit teams

    · Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with pre-litigation managers as well as lead monthly pre-litigation management meeting

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's (Required)

    · Leadership: 3 years (Required)

    · Previous experience at a personal injury law firm (Required), preferably in a pre-litigation capacity (ex. Case management, legal assistant, etc.)
