- Oversee the Rural Track Residency Program, ensuring high-quality education and training.
- Balance administrative and clinical duties with a 60/40 split, providing a well-rounded professional experience.
- Actively participate in scholarly activities to contribute to the academic excellence of the program.
- Utilize your expertise to mentor and guide residents in their education and professional development.
