    Adult Day Care Service.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Registered Nurse at Gracefully Living ADS located in Elkhart, IN. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with personal care activities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, ensure patient safety and comfort, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

    Qualifications

    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Compassionate and empathetic
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic computer skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
    • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
