- Create and execute change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and projects in connected factory / smart manufacturing.
- Assess the impact of change and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees and stakeholders to build awareness and understanding of change initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear goals and objectives for change.
- Create and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Foster effective communication between IT and OT teams to ensure program adoption and success.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities.
- Make recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and managers on change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of change readiness within the manufacturing organization.
- Stay updated on industry 4.0 trends and best practices in change management and apply them to enhance organizational change capabilities.
- Bachelor s / Master s degree in a relevant field with an emphasis on practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing domain with at least 5+ years in change management or related roles in connected factory.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices in industry 4.0
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience in the industry or similar sectors is preferred.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Successful implementation of change management strategies and plans.
- Positive feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
