Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement risk management education and awareness programs, including innovative gamification programs to raise risk awareness and builds a sense of community amongst participants.

Identify and assess risks to the organization.
Develop and publish monthly Risk Education and Awareness, as well as Global Business Resilience (GBR) program reporting and dashboards.
Develop clever motivating awareness materials and deliver learning opportunities to employees.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that risk management is integrated into all aspects of the organization.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirementsExperience with Gallup Clifton StrengthsImplement initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction within the Risk organization.

Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve the work environment.

What You will Need:

Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, or a related fieldBackground with risk management, audit, data analytics and/or compliance highly preferredExperience in developing and implementing risk management programsInfluential communicator and excellent presentation skills a mustSignificant expertise in data analytics, PowerBI, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA background in payments processingCISSP,CISA, or CRISC advantageousStrong analytical, organizational and communications skills required as well as outstanding interpersonal and human relation skillsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and third parties (as needed)working relationships with employees and third parties (as needed)
