Job summary
The Communications Unit at UNDP/PAPP provides communications support to the projects and programmes implemented by UNDP in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt), as well as conceives the most effective communication approaches to shape the narrative of UNDP/PAPP locally, regionally, and internationally.In addition,the Unit employs innovative media and communications strategies to inform relevant stakeholders about UNDP's work in the oPtandto advocate for inclusive and gender-sensitive human rights in relation tothe Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
As a key communication tool for the effective promotion ofUNDP/PAPPandthe achievementof itscommunications objectives,the Communications Unit relies onthe productionof innovative digital content(written,audio,and visual)totobediseminatedon various platforms,includings offlineand onlineplatforms,toinformand inspire diverse stakeholders ofUNDPrenterventionsintheoPt.
