- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required and an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification or equivalent work experience is required.
- 10+ years of previous experience in revenue accounting, preferably in a services industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606 or IFRS 15).
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel, NetSuite experience desired.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
