    Job Description

    We are seeking a Hand Therapist/occupational Therapist to join our team for treating patients with upper extremity pain, stiffness either after surgery or after injury.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement hand therapy programs for each patient
    • Work directly with the patient to achieve maximum recovery
    • Evaluate patient's hand mobility restrictions, develop a plan for treatment utilizing various modalities and communicate patients' progress with the surgeon
    • Record and document patient care services
    • Collaborate with other the hand surgeon to achieve best possible care

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in hand therapy/occupational therapy is requested but not mandatory
    • Ability to build rapport, complete patients' charts
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
