    Key Responsibilities

    The Door Host serves as the first point of contact for all guests, providing a warm welcome and essential information about the club.

    Primary Duties:

    • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to our dress code.
    • Greet every guest entering and leaving the club with a friendly smile.
    • Collect door charges, cover charges, and issue entry tickets, coupons, and other items to patrons.
    • Process payments accurately using our POS system and maintain a secure cash drawer throughout each shift.
    • Clearly communicate our club's rules and requirements to guests before granting access.
    • Collaborate with Server staff as needed to ensure seamless service.
    • Develop an efficient workflow to keep guests satisfied at the bar and in the club.
    • Verify guests' identification prior to entry and politely deny access to underage, intoxicated, or obnoxious individuals.
    • Report any underage guests to management and staff.
    • Partner with club and bar staff to identify and report intoxicated guests.
    • Notify management of any illicit activities occurring within the club or on its property.
    • Address environmental safety or security concerns with club staff and management.
    • Resolve guest complaints with a positive attitude.
    • Adhere to all regulations and training protocols.
    • Cultivate effective communication with peers, supervisors, and guests.
    • Collaborate with other club staff and bar staff to enhance guest experiences.
    • Promote loyalty among our valued guests.
    • Act in ways that promote the success of the club, its employees, and its patrons.

    Requirements

    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Ability to lift 20-pound boxes and stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.
    • Flexibility, autonomy, and strong organizational skills are necessary.
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
