Copeland Oaks, a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community is hiring afternoon and midnight LPN Supervisors to work in our Assisted Living unit.

Our beautiful 250-acre campus includes Independent Living, Catered Living, Assisted Living and Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation services.

Assisted Living residents are able to live in a "nearly independent" apartment like setting while having the reassurance of onsite nursing assistance and services.

Our LPN Supervisors provide one on one care while monitoring for any change in status and managing medications to ensure residents receive their required care.

Preparation for transfers to Crandall Medical Center, hospitals, physicians, and clinics' including all documentation such as transfer forms, change of accommodations, and notification of families.

• Performs general nursing functions within scope of license.
• Liaison with other clinics, physician offices, hospital staffs and families, and pharmacies and other departments in Copeland Oaks and Crandall Medical Center.

Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing with pharmacology.

• Medical - Surgical Nursing, Home Health, or Long-term care experience
