We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team You will represent clients in court, draft pleadings and counsel clients in their legal affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience
• Familiarity with Riverside and San Bernardino County court procedures and documents
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client/cases
• Excellent client relationship skills
• California State Bar License Required
