Senior Loyalty Program Manager
One of The Sage Group's clients is looking for a Sr Loyalty Program Manager to build out the comprehensive strategy then execute the program.
Client is an American company offering mobility as a service, ride-hailing, vehicles for hire, motorized scooters, a bicycle-sharing system, rental cars, and food delivery in the United States.
Business problem:
Today, client has multiple drivers of loyalty. This includes client's existing loyalty program, program name, as well as a range of different offers (e.g. partnership rewards, Business rewards).
These offers have not been developed collectively, and are not part of a shared strategy. At large, client does not have a company-wide strategy for how to generate loyalty among its customers.
Objective:
Develop client's go-forward rider loyalty strategy and recommendation.
The role of this strategy is to determine the best way forward for client to build loyalty with its customers.
This includes establishing loyalty with new customers along with fostering continuous engagement with existing customers. Design a loyalty strategy for client. This may include existing/past programs, new programs, or no precise program at all.Considerations to include:
This should consider all loyalty offers and options. It does
not
need to take the form of a program. It should incorporate inputs such as client program, partnership offers, competitive insights, and segmentation. It should also consider how different offers coexist.
Format:
Initial strategy can take the shape of a written outline of recommendation and an overview of how to execute (inputs/outputs, timeline, resourcing, etc).
Requirements:
5-10 years leading the building of comprehensive loyalty programs from scratch at either: airlines, hotels, AMX, Chase but must have experience in tech too, and maybe DoorDash (Dashpass), Uber and Sephora.
6-8 month to start
Initial strategy:
4-6 weeks, at 40 hrs/wk.
Execution plan/GTM and execution: 4-6 months at 40 hrs/wk, with potential extensions as a fast growing team.
Compensation:
$80-116hr DOE
Location:
San Francisco hybrid 1-2 days a week
