- Work collaboratively with the project team on a day-to-day basis to oversee a project from conceptual through implementation
- Create holistic design solutions at various scales across multiple venues such as stadiums/arenas/hotels, building wraps, street banners, temporary signage, etc.
- Develop programming strategies for messaging and signage elements within a graphic system

A. Education and/or Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, and/or a portfolio that reflects strong
graphic abilities - Experience with built environments/familiarity with Environmental Graphic Design
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Experience working with multiple project teams and clients
- Experience reading, interpreting, and working with architectural plans and construction documents B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Has a strong conceptual eye and is able to evolve ideas and concepts and implement unique solutions into a graphic system
- Ability to take ownership of any phase of the design process
- Excellent communication skills–both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in scale, familiarity with CAD tools
- Can quickly generate ideas and concepts and is able to clearly and concisely articulate thinking both internally and client-facing
- The ability to take feedback and implement in an effective/efficient manner
- The ability to work on multiple projects in multiple phases–working with the design team, project leadership team, as well as the ability to communicate with fabrication partners/printers as needed
- Print Production experience: creating print-ready files, color selection and refinement, etc.
- Knowledge of Fabrication methods and materials is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support and lead projects throughout the entirety of the process
- Strong conceptual, typographic, visual communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, capable of both independent and collaborative work, and views teamwork as a vital asset
- Proficient in essential soft skills such as self-awareness, accountability, adaptability, and a high degree of emotional intelligence POSITION AND BENEFITS DETAILS:
