Location: 1800 Hollister Dr., Libertyville, IL - Travel is required to Gurnee office weekly

Weekly Schedule:
Monday - Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesdays are from 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay:
$22 - $28 / hour, pay will depend on experience and license type

Registered Nurse & LPN Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with skin testing and other procedures as ordered
Send prescriptions, complete asthma care plans and discharge summaries
Administer allergy injections, prepare and administer nebulized medication and patient education
Complete documentation in the EMR system
Cross-train for Triage Nurse position and cover as needed
Registered Nurse & LPN Qualifications:
Degree in Nursing- LPN / RN with an active and unrestricted Nursing License, or an eNLC multistate nursing license
1-2 years nursing experience in a medical office setting, preferred
CPR certification required
Ability to travel to satellite offices as needed
Valid Driver's License Required
