    All TePe products have been developed in close collaboration with and are recommended daily by Dental Professionals around the world. Being our partners in quest, their success is important to us, and this is where our team needs you Your main objective, as the Customer Care Representative, is to acquire new and manage new & existing dental offices/partners in helping them get the most out of the TePe products and their collaboration with TePe creating a win-win-win for the patient, our dental partners, as well as TePe.

    **Customer Care Representative Job Responsibilities:**

    Acquire new, manage, and grow dental office/partner relations in assigned geographical region meeting monthly sales expectations.

    Establish strong professional business relationships by providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the recommendation, distribution and/or sale of TePe products.

    Help develop and execute a territory plan comprising of monthly and quarter goals for overall business growth, new account growth and account penetration growth.

    Ensure all customers are briefed in timely manner about TePe product/solution launches and promotions, maximizing the growth of the territory.

    Manage accounts and maintain customer records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using and updating our CRM (Sales Force SalesCloud) system.

    Always maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

    Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

    Communicating with customers through various channels.

    Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

    Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

    Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer care process and recommending potential product and service solutions.

    We work 8 am to 4.30 pm Monday through Friday in a modern office atmosphere and besides working aside other amazing people, we also offer medical, dental and vision insurance along with paid holiday and vacation time.

    **Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:**

    Phone and professional selling skills with demonstrated sales success

    Exceptional communication skills in speech and writing

    Organization and presentation skills

    Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably in SalesForce SalesCloud CRM system

    Analytical skills with the ability to apply basic mathematical concepts to calculate discounts, commissions, percentages and selling margins.

    Independent and effective time management skills with the ability to plan, schedule and organize efficient interactions with customers

    Product and market knowledge

    Documentation skills

    Listening

    Resolving conflict

    **Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:**

    Two-year University/College degree in business, marketing, life sciences or communications is an asset

    Relevant sales experience and/or a suitable background in clinical or dental industry

    A minimum of three years experience in sales to professional customer base. Past experience in dental industry or with dental dealers is preferred.

    Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus
