- Designing and implementing UIs for our SaaS application
- Building backend systems to support client workloads
- Automate UI Testing
- Designing & implementing new features
- Improving the customer experience
- Use security touchpoints throughout the DevOps process to create a more secure environment and product
- Improve our cloud production environment:
- Optimize processes as needed
- Help further our automation of processes: security, deployment and development
- Add your voice and opinions to our team so that we learn from you
- Constantly learn and improve your knowledge and your work products
Minimum requirements: - Well-rounded computer science background
- 2-3 years writing production application in React
- Experience with writing unit, functional and regression tests for developed code
Additional experience: - Experience with, and understanding of, secure development practices
- Experience with designing and creating cloud-based kubernetes infrastructures using IaC with a good understanding of security principles involved (especially AWS and Helm)
- Experience writing Python applications
- Experience or background in Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning
- Understanding of the legal industry desirable, but not required

Location: D.C./Maryland/Virginia
Employment: Full-time, flexible schedule, and mostly remote work
Salary Range: $100K to $145K, commensurate with experience
Benefits: Good health, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) plan

You have found that having automation, whether in infrastructure or for testing, means that you get to spend more time on interesting aspects of the product. You have well-founded technical opinions and like having your voice heard and playing a major part in the direction of the product you are working on.
You have experience writing maintainable production applications and user-centered interfaces in React, exposure to cloud-based production environments and an interest in writing secure applications. You know that integrating development, infrastructure and security produces a better product.
