    Job Description

    Accurately input inbound tour reservations with and without provided transportation. Solicit prospective customers by translations and inbound programs.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • In-put all inbound reservations with and without transportation
    • Professionally answer and distribute all inbound phone calls
    • Keep all qualifications updated and remind and assist OPCs in the event of changes
    • Translate Portuguese or Spanish-speaking prospective customers to assist OPCs with tour bookings
    • Call locations informing OPC's of any flow or qualification changes
    • Answer and solicit prospective customers coming from inbound phone programs
    • Be able to accurately give directions to all Resorts
    • Accurately check-in and out outside solicitors at specified locations
    • Monitor flows, coverage, and production throughout each shift and provide the MOD (Manager on Duty) with necessary pertinent information as needed
    • Conduct Location Verifications for every shift whereby staffing of each location is verified, and in the event of "open" locations, Field Managers are notified, and records are kept for accurate assessing of penalties to the Marketing Reps accordingly
    • Packaging of brochures for the Department's Fun Packs distributed at our various hotel Guest Services locations as needed
    • Verifying "no show" tours on a daily basis and then contacting guests in an effort to get their tours rebooked so as to maximize bookings for the resorts
    • Book room nights for Westgate Resorts properties, currently and specifically Westgate Lakes, Westgate Towers, Westgate Villas, Westgate Park City, and Blue Tree resorts as needed
    • Any other light clerical duties as needed
    Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

    • Must have word processing and spreadsheet knowledge, have good communication skills, be a self-starter without extensive need for direction, work well with others, be organized, be focused on accuracy, and be able to meet deadlines.
    • This job does not require that weight be lifted or force be exerted, although from time to time, boxes of invitations, paper, and/or supplies weighing approximately 25 pounds must be moved from one area to another, and in an effort to expedite processing or complete a job task, these items are moved appropriately.
