    Role Summary:


    As Engineering Manager, lead engineers in developing and enhancing company products, ensuring compliance with standards and customer needs, particularly in aerospace.

    Foster teamwork and streamline processes.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Guide team in product development to meet standards and customer requirements.
    • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders for effective project management.
    • Organize activities to achieve development goals and manage risks.
    • Enhance engineering efficiency and support sales efforts.
    • Make critical design decisions and lead responses to proposals.
    • Coach team members and contribute to departmental goals.
    • Explore innovation opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
    • Lead audits to ensure compliance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
    • 8 years product design/engineering experience or 5 years in management.
    • Advocate for teamwork with leadership skills.
    • Preferably aerospace or medical industry experience.
    • Proficient in MS Office and 3D CAD/CAE.
    • Knowledge/experience of PDM and configuration management preferred.
