    The OpportunityWe are searching for a talented Data Engineer to play a pivotal role in transforming business and engineering requirements into intuitive data models.

    Your Impact

    Translate complex business and engineering requirements into clear and intuitive data models, facilitating metric derivation.

    Design, implement, and sustain high-quality data pipelines to ensure the consistent delivery of reliable data.


    Collaborate closely with growth, finance, engineering, and product teams to comprehensively grasp and address the diverse data needs across the organization.


    Assist in identifying and meticulously documenting data requirements for the engineering team, establishing a foundational model that promotes scalability through best practices.


    Maintain a stringent focus on data accuracy and correctness, particularly in business and user engagement data, to uphold data integrity and reliability.

    We're looking for someone who

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


    Proven track record with 2+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, showcasing proficiency in designing and implementing data solutions.


    Proficiency in utilizing data warehouse technologies like Snowflake and database systems such as MySQL, demonstrating practical knowledge in managing structured data.


    Extensive experience working with streaming and big data platforms like Kafka and Spark, as well as workflow systems including Airflow and DBT, showcasing expertise in handling large-scale data processing.


    Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, illustrating the ability to develop robust data pipelines and algorithms.

    Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS, indicating a solid understanding of cloud-based data infrastructure.


    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to drive successful data initiatives.

    Salary range

    Salary Range:
    $155,000 to $185,000 USD per year.

    This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
