$83,200 - $93,600 per yearLocation:

Newark, CA - Onsite RoleDuties and Responsibilities:Coordinate and control technical documentation in various formats that support the company's products.
Manage files, regardless of medium, throughout their entire life cycle.
Responsible for updating, developing, and documenting the department's procedures.

Coordinate and manage the approval process for ECOs, MCOs, DEVs, and ECRs and review change orders for completeness and compliance with document control standards.

Facilitate review, approval, and archival of company-controlled documentation.
Perform data entry for compliance and supplier data as required for the PLM system.
Support document control needs for our contract manufacturing.
Support users with manufacturing process needs and document requests.

Assist with implementing the Quality Management System (QMS)Train personnel on processes that support QMSReviews product-related information documents and files submitted for completeness and accuracy based on established standards.

Work with users to correct issues before routing for approvals.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 5 years of PLM/Document Control experienceSound understanding of product life cycle within a controlled document management systemKnowledge of document control systems, CAD files, ECO process, and bill of material structuresExperience in Engineering and ManufacturingAble to interpret and challenge issues with drawingsExercises good judgment within broadly defined practices and policiesStrong problem-solving skills, team playerProficient with NetSuite and Google Suite
