    Job Summary

    The Pediatric Hematology Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for working in a leading center for cancer and blood disorders, providing high-quality care to patients with various hematology conditions.

    • Closely collaborate with the Director of Hematology to ensure smooth coordination of general benign hematology services.
    • Dedicate efforts to developing and implementing programs that cater to pediatric sickle cell and hemoglobinopathy cases in Northern Virginia.
    1. Promote seamless outpatient clinical care by coordinating appointments, interacting with physicians, NP/Pas, nurses social workers psychologists coordinating referrals consultations other specialists assisting implementation treatment plans health maintenance following patients/families.
