    The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
    Position Description:
    • Analyze, monitor, and forecast the marketing budget across campaigns, channels, vendors, and business units
    • Track, validate, and reconcile marketing expenses, invoices, purchase orders, and performance data
    • Support account managers, marketing leaders, and finance partners in understanding budget status and spend pacing
    • Develop and enhance marketing budget reports, dashboards, and financial models
    • Maintain data accuracy across marketing finance systems and analytics platforms
    • Identify and implement process improvements for budget tracking and financial reporting
    Education and/or Training:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, marketing analytics, accounting, economics, or related field
    Relevant Work Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, FP&A, marketing finance, or marketing analytics
    • Experience in paid media, digital marketing, or multi-channel campaign environments is highly desirable

    Benefits:
    Regular Full-Time

    Temporary or Part-Time
    In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.
    Pay:
    We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $87, $124,755.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
