    Overview:


    AssuredPartners is seeking a contract Associate Recruiter to join us for a temporary 3 month assignment This assignment will provide recruiting support for an assigned region by maintaining a pipeline of candidates, sourcing to establish new candidates, and partnering with the business to guide hiring decisions.

    You know how to take initiative and communication well (verbal and written)

    Role Logistics:
    Full time position, Eastern Standard Time.
    Must be located in Orlando, FL and open to hybrid 3/2
    Must have full lifecycle recruitment experience

    What You'll Do:
    Responsible for all aspects of employee recruiting for all positions within the assigned region.

    Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone and in person), administers appropriate reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.

    Develop a strategy to achieve potential candidates by outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, job boards, advertising campaigns, etc.
    Develop a pipeline of potential candidates.
    Maintain open communication with hiring managers to keep them updated on open positions.
    Coordinate and monitor the interview and testing process.
    Responsible for recruiting, onboarding and acting as the intern champion.
    Other duties as assigned.

    What You'll Need:
    1-2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
    Sourcing experience highly preferred.
    Strong preference to those with experience working in the insurance industry.
    Bachelors Degree, preferred.
    Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills
    Ability to thrive under pressure, in a high performance, fast paced, metrics-driven environment
    Professional, take initiative, upbeat, positive attitude
