    Job Title

    Operations Supervisor

    About the Role

    This is a key leadership position in our operations team, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and production activities. The Operations Supervisor will promote a culture of safety and quality, ensuring efficient use of equipment and meeting productivity and safety goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise warehouse staff and volunteers to ensure safe and sanitary work areas.
    • Ensure quality assurance checks are performed correctly and report any issues promptly.
    • Verify accurate inventory and receiving data, and coordinate efforts with the Volunteer Department to ensure proper training and records.
    • Maintain AIB standards and follow GMP practices in designated production areas.

    Requirements

    • Minimum six (6) years experience in food processing or distribution, with two (2) or more years in supervisor capacity.
    • Two years' experience with AIB, HACCP, and GMP required.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop strategic plans based on data analysis.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
