We are seeking a Premier Customer Support Representative to deliver top-notch customer service to our mid-market clients. In this role, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and cooperate closely with various teams to enhance account usage and expand our customer base.
This position offers a blend of independent responsibilities and collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Implementation Managers, and Technical Support.
The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in advancing their career in Customer Success and will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Support. Immediate availability is required.
