    Job Summary
    We are looking for a full-time Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our small automotive service and restoration shop - specializing in antique and vintage automobiles.

    As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, including:
    - rebuilding and repairing carburetors and distributors
    - parts fabrication including lathe work and welding
    - diagnosing drivability issues
    - routine maintenance and annual servicing

    If you have a never give up attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities
    • Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate issues
    • Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
    • Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad/shoe replacements
    • Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, ignition, and brakes
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
    Qualifications
    • Experience with full restorations and antique/vintage car repair required
    • Strong communications skills are required
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are required
