    Civil Engineering Project Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Renewable Energy Systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating civil engineering projects from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and coordinate civil engineering projects, including site development, design, and construction support.
    • Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality work and efficient project delivery.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, procurement, and quality assurance.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and technicians on project-related matters.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in project management.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
    • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MathCAD, and MS Office.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

    Anticipated Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

    The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.

    We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with 6% company match, and four weeks of paid time off.
