Description
We are supporting our client in searching for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team onsite in Northern Colorado.
This person will be assisting with standard tickets and assisting with troubleshooting as well as working on additional projects, such as device deployments.
Technical aptitude and professionalism are required. This position is currently set as a 7 month contract role with the potential for extension.
The successful candidate will work on site at the client site supporting troubleshooting, machine upgrades for the enterprise, and additional project work.
The individuals responsible for this work need to be excellent with customer service and follow directions with a high degree of professionalism.
