    Job Title: Executive Assistant (Technology/Engineering Focus) - Alternative Asset Management

    Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in supporting technology and engineering executives, preferably with prior experience assisting a Chief Information Officer (CIO). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently. This role will require adeptness in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.

    The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology and engineering department and will act as a key liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
    2. Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on action items.
    3. Project Management: Assist in managing various technology and engineering projects by coordinating team meetings, tracking project milestones, and compiling progress reports for executive review.
    4. Data Management: Maintain and organize sensitive information, documents, and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for executive reference.
    5. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and executive meetings, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation.
    6. Expense Management: Handle expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing for the technology and engineering department, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    7. Special Projects: Undertake special assignments and initiatives as directed by the CIO, which may involve research, analysis, and presentation preparation on various technology-related topics.
    Qualifications:
    1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology/engineering environment, with prior experience supporting C-level executives.
    2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
    3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    5. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
    7. Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to anticipate the needs of the executive team proactively.
    Compensation:
    • Base salary: $110,000 - $115,000 per year
    • Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure
