    Job Description:

    The Director of Program Management will be responsible for creating and managing Fidelity client communities within Finteract, an industry community for financial advisors and their staff.\u00A0 The ideal candidate will have a strong financial services background and be able to independently create programs that serve financial advisors and their staff and bring the value of Fidelity to these individual client cohorts. \u00A0

    Here s what you ll do as Director of Program Management:

    • Be a strategic thinker in helping to imagine this new way of engaging with Fidelity clients.
    • Build the business case with Fidelity stakeholders to create client cohorts and measure the impact on business outcomes.
    • Create and manage subcommunities within Finteract oversee implementation of the new communities through measurement of KPIs and training of moderators.\u00A0 Provide guidance and support to Fidelity associates who participate in these cohorts.\u00A0
    • Enhance the delivery of Fidelity products and services to client cohorts in new and unique ways.\u00A0 Work with different client support groups to deliver value, information and support in new ways.\u00A0 Collaborate with Client Experience, Practice Management, Marketing and Asset Management.\u00A0 Providing regular updates on the success and learning from these efforts.
    • Develop strategic plans for significant relationships. The relationship manager will have primary accountability for the development and execution of strategic plans within Fidelity and with strategic 3rd parties. \u00A0This individual will implement these strategies to effectively expand Finteract growth and value, building a network of productive, engaged relationships and drive growth.
    • Create an ecosystem of value for Fidelity businesses. You will work with Fidelity leaders, Fidelity clients and Finteract to create an enhanced client experience.\u00A0 Engaging strategically with members and stakeholders by using the breadth of the Community s connection points, you will be responsible for growing these relationships and ensuring member and stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Lead engagement. You will engage with members, partners and prospective members and partners to support strategic growth of Community and find synergistic value for all.
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills to keep stakeholders up to date on Finteract and the client community efforts.

    The expertise you offer:

    • BS Degree required; MS degree preferred and 8 + years of experience
    • Demonstrated expertise creating an environment of connection, community, and collaboration amongst our membership and our partners
    • Experience driving large, sophisticated, strategic initiatives within financial services, focusing on the industry-leading solutions and resources that Community offers
    • Results-oriented collaborator and leader with a passion for community, and a deep understanding of the financial services, advisor industry, competitive landscape, and broader industry trends
    • Ability to understand and assess customers need, and support prioritization of team effort with collaboration from key business partners
    • Experience with managing multiple project timelines

    • Develop key strategic relationships with the principal decision makers with our member offices and groups and valued partners
    • Stay knowledgeable of changes and trends in the financial services industry from the findings from our community and industry research. Be an active contributor to our collective intelligence to better serve our members and make recommendations for product/service enhancements.
    • Document client activities, business opportunities and all communications with clients in the CRM on a timely basis
    • Stay informed of changes in the member s business, competition, industry, and marketplace, through proactive solicitation and/or research, in order to inform and drive member satisfaction
    • Contribute to the development of the strategic platform roadmap by providing key inputs based on observations in the areas of member and partner needs, competition and evolving trends

    • The Community Center of Excellence is a core team focused on bringing members together through a community of practice.\u00A0 This group is fortunate to be seed funded by Fidelity, while having the ability to be non-commercial, vendor agnostic and focused on the success of the community.\u00A0

      The Community Center of Excellence serves the Forge Community and a newly formed community, Finteract.\u00A0 \u00A0

    The Forge Community:

    • Forge Community is a fast-growing, thriving community of practice for single family offices. We aim to inform, inspire, and equip family office professionals to serve families in the best way they can. We offer a vetted network of family office peers, industry-leading benchmarking research, an expansive digital library, and unique professional learning opportunities to 1600+ members across the country.

    Finteract:

    • Finteract is a new community of financial advisors.\u00A0 The community launched with a digital platform with now 500 financial advisors.\u00A0 A community that gains unbiased perspectives from peers whether they are a financial advisor or someone who supports the advisor (e.g., in-house operations and service). A place to share with those on a similar path and learn from those on a different one.
    The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$169,000 per year. \u00A0

    Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate s relevant experience, and other factors.

    Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. \u00A0\u00A0
