    About the role


    The Paid Search Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of Paid Search advertising campaigns within their book of business.

    You'll be responsible for owning reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist.

    A Strategist is oriented toward the client's business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage paid search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes

    Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes

    Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

    Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on data-driven conclusions

    Manage all client budgets and advise on budget changes, both between campaigns within a paid account and across channels based on overall return for your clients

    Help determine client benchmarking and implement optimizations to hit client KPIs in the quickest time possible

    Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients

    Keep up your education on industry topics

    Clearly communicate with internal agency team about client goals, feedback and scheduled workflow

    Improve upon paid media processes and innovation of new strategies and techniques

    Vendor management for new channels and support channels

    Work toward developing into a senior strategist or account manager

    Requirements:

    2-3 years of digital marketing experience. 1-2 years in agency setting

    Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with

    Search Engine Marketing:
    Specifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, and adjustment of paid search campaigns

    Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Performance Max, Standard, Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads

    Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)

    Proficiency in Google Analytics

    Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media's place in the funnel

    Strong Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel features

    Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines

    Detail-oriented and organized with strong note taking acumen

    Strong enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment to paid media and client work

    Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for knowledge and personal growth

    Maintain below 10% Client Churn Rate

    5-6 Accounts
