    • Qualifications: MD/DO Ophthalmology
      • Board Certified
      • Use your own laptop (No MAC/Apple)
    • Facility: Veterans Evaluation Service
      • Use your own office
    • Schedule: Dates: PRN - Ongoing
    • Assignment: Outpatient
      • Medical records review
      • Visual field test required in most cases
      • Dilated fundus exam
      • Diagnosis or confirmation of previous diagnoses of ocular conditions or xhmxlyz ocular scars
      • Completion of a structured form specific to either ocular conditions and ocular scars
      • No treatment, no prescribing
  • Work in company
